First time receiving acupuncture? No need for nerves. I work with your comfort level to help you get what is needed out of your treatment.

Appointment Suggestions: - Come early or fill out paperwork online - Eat 1-3 hours before your appointment time. - Try to avoid caffein for a few hours before your appointment. - Bring a warm outer layer (treatment rooms are air conditioned) - Wear loose fitting clothing that allows access up to the knees and shoulders.
